Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, to A-Z Home Medical Equipment.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Once an item has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, then the returned shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your issued credit. Deliveries must be accepted then return according to our return policy.
Credit will be issued to the credit card used for purchase, once the item is received. Allow up to 6 weeks for your credit to be issued via credit card. If paid by check, a check will be mailed to you within 30 days.
Sale items can be returned for a refund or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
